Mamba installer

mamba installer is the tool normally available on the liveCD of openmamba that permits to install the operative system on the hard disk.
Some of the feature of the mamba installer are: Tra le caratteristiche di mamba installer vi sono:
- Verify of the integrity of the LiveCD/DVD media
- Automatic or manual start of the partition tool (gparted)
- choose of the partition on which install the system
- installation of the boot loader grub2 in the system partition or in the Master Boot Record
- Choose of other operative system to add to the boot menu

- Best support to the installation on extended partition: show a message about the need of a boot loader in the MBR and/or propose the installation of GAG
- add the support for the installation of the home on a partition different from the system one
- add a flag `reboot the system after the installation`
